Stricter measures expected to be announced

Cabinet is convening an urgent meeting today, following President Cyril Ramaphosa’s meeting,

with the national coronavirus command council yesterday. The country is currently experiencing a

devastating second wave of COVID-19 infections, which has led to some experts and unions,

calling for stricter lockdown measures to be implemented once again.
