Taxi bosses sign peace deal

Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula and the Western Cape MEC for transport Daylin Mitchell are stress-tested Western Cape trains today. Train services have shouldered the commuter load amid ongoing taxi chaos.

In a fresh peace deal brokered between taxi industry leaders this week feuding associations agreed to a ceasefire and to get back to servicing most routes from today. But commuters aren't totally convinced.
