Top cop appears in court on corruption charges

A deputy national police commissioner has been arrested for fraud, corruption, theft and money laundering.

She is the latest high-profile police officer to be arrested in relation to a multimillion-rand police tender in 2017, for which former Police Commissioner Khomotso Phahlane was also arrested.
