Uyinene's family to sue post office

The family of slain UCT student, Uyinene Mrwetyana,
is planning to take legal action against the South African Post Office.
The 19-year-old Mrwetyana was raped and killed by postal worker,
Luyanda Botha, in Cape Town, last year.
Mrwetyana's family says the post office has to answer
for employing Botha,
even though he had a criminal record.
