Victory for Msunduzi residents

After years of fighting for environment rights residents of Pietermaritzburg can finally celebrate victory.

They’ve had to put up with exposure to toxic fumes and several massive fires as a result of the poor management of a nearby landfill site.

But today the Pietermaritzburg High Court today ruled that the Msunduzi Municipality was in breach of the law.
