W Cape to allow vaccine walk-ins

There's been a lot said about the national electronic vaccination data system and whether it’s behind the hold-up of the mass inoculation campaign.

In the Western Cape, less than 40 percent of elders are using it while some are simply choosing to rock up for the jab without an appointment.

So far little over 20 000 jabs have been administered in the province.
