Warring Hout Bay taxi bosses call a truce

Taxi operators in Cape Town's Hout Bay, have called a truce,

following some deadly conflicts over routes and taxi ranks.

So far this year, 56 people have lost their lives in taxi-related violence in the Western Cape.
