Zuma vs Zondo

Day one of former President Jacob Zuma's return to the state capture commission got off to a rocky start.

As expected Zuma's legal counsel made an official application to the inquiry for its chairman Raymond Zondo to recuse himself.

Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane accused Zondo, who's also the country's deputy chief justice, of being biased towards the former president.
