Zuma’s deploying delay tactics

Jacob Zuma’s latest legal challenge is his usual modus operandi, just another delay tactic.

So says political analyst Sanusha Naidoo. Zuma has applied to the Constitutional Court

to rescind his contempt of court conviction. He also wants the high court in Pietermaritzburg to

stay the implementation of the order for his arrest. Naidoo has described his legal maneuver as bizarre.
