Attempted kidnapping caught on camera

A video of an attempted kidnapping in Florida, near Johannesburg, has gone viral on social media.

A 24-year-old man was arrested and appeared in court on Friday after he jumped over the railings of a restaurant and grabbed the child by the neck.
