No decision on e-tolls yet

On Wednesday, the Finance Minister told us we'd have to pay for e-tolls. But Thursday, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula said the future of etolls, has yet to be decided.
Fikile Mbalula says Cabinet's still considering all the options. But we'll have to wait at least another two weeks, to find out if we'll be forking out for our roads.
