Zwane back in the Zondo hot seat

Former Free State MEC for Human Settlements, Mosebenzi Zwane, has thrown his former head of Department under the bus at the State Capture Inquiry.

Zwane who's back for a second stint in the hot seat in just three weeks, told the Commission that he wasn’t aware that some contractors were disqualified during the tender processes for the billion rand housing project.

Yet he says, some of those companies, still made it onto the final list of contractors.
