Health Minister wants extended lockdown powers

Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize wants a set of laws passed, which will give his office a similar kind of authority, as set out in the Disaster Management Act. 

These laws would give him or any future health minister, the power to restrict our behaviour and movements, without the need to declare a national state of disaster.
