E Cape businesswoman arrested for COVID-19 tender fraud

Phumza Gambula is accused of defrauding the OR Tambo District Municipality and appeared in the Mthatha Magistrate’s court on Thursday.

Gambula, who is out on R20 000 bail is facing two counts of fraud amounting to R4.8 million.

Mbasa Khwaza was at the Mthatha Magistrates court.
