Is pushing a police officer an act of assault?

This is the question EFF leader Julius Malema and Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, are facing, in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court today.

The senior EFF politicians are accused, of pushing police officer, Johannes Venter,

who was working as part of the security detail, on the day of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's funeral in 2018.
