COVID-19 fatigue and sticking to lockdown laws

President Cyril Ramaphosa dismissed rumours that the country will return to hard lockdown,

but he has admitted that there are worrying trends, relating to COVID-19 infections.

While the infection numbers have been dropping, there has been an increase in new infections in some parts of the country.

So what could be causing this? Are we still strictly obeying the basic precautions, like wearing a mask?
