Shifting funds for SAA's R10.5bn bailout

Finance Minister, Tito Mboweni, says he had to redirect money,

from other critical government departments, to fund the latest South African Airways bailout. 

Yesterday, Mboweni announced a cash injection of R10.5-billion,

to assist the airline fund its business rescue plan.
