15-year-old dies at E Cape initiation school

The Congress of Traditional Leaders of South Africa, is concerned that unlawful circumcision’s may be on the increase.

It comes after a 15-year-old boy died, at an illegal initiation school in Gxulu near Libode over the weekend.
