No end to driver's license backlog

Thousands of motorists in Gauteng are driving around without licenses due to a massive backlog in license renewals. 

The department of transport says it's a nationwide problem, and that it’s doing all it can to deal with it. 

We caught up with Riante Naidoo who is at a licensing centre in Johannesburg.
