Public Protector in ConCourt over CR17 report

The legal battle between Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane and President Cyril Ramaphosa, played out in the Constitutional Court on Thursday.

Mkhwebane is appealing the decision which set aside her findings of a Bosasa donation, to Cyril Ramaphosa’s CR17 bid for the ANC's presidency.
