Enoch Mpianzi’s family sues for R20 million

Their 13-year-old son drowned while on a school orientation camp, 
and now Enoch Mpianzi's family wants the Gauteng Education department to pay. 
The family are suing the department for R20 million after they rejected 
the departments offer to settle outside of court.
