Face masks and exercise
The World Health Organization has updated its COVID-19 guidelines,
and now says that masks do not need to be worn during vigorous physical activity.
Apparently wearing it can have negative effects. The WHO pointed to some studies,
which show that wearing a mask during mild to moderate physical activity,
can lead to significant cardiovascular and pulmonary damage.
So what’s the right thing to do when you are exercising?
