Dead body dropped off at Old Mutual

A woman whose family resorted to extreme measures, after Old Mutual allegedly failed to pay out a death benefit, says they had no other choice.
Ntombenhle Mhlongo, took the body of her dead brother-in-law, Sifiso Mtshali, to the Old Mutual office in Stanger, in an attempt to speed up a process, she says, had been dragging on for too long. Old Mutual says the claim was processed before the body was dropped off. It's also investigating the family's claims that they were told to get a loan to pay for the funeral while the claim was processed.
