Mitchells Plain field hospital almost ready

A 200-bed field hospital in Mitchells Plain will be available in the next few days

as the surge in coronavirus cases in the Western Cape continues to rise. 

Thousands of new coronavirus infections were recorded in Cape Town in the last 24 hours,

and local hospitals are under pressure. Our reporter Natalie Malgas has more.
