Pietermaritzburg: The city of filth

Many Pietermaritzburg residents are asking, whether they should brace themselves,

for another year of a poorly run city. They say the city is currently in a state of decay,

and are calling on the municipality, to urgently address its service delivery, and infrastructure issues.
