Lifting of booze ban welcomed

The wine industry is breathing a huge collective sigh of relief, following the lifting of the booze ban.

Wines SA spokesperson, Maryna Calow, says the industry now has to turn its attention to freeing up space, as millions of litres of wine are building up in cellars.

Calow, who joined us via Skype on Tuesday adds that the devastating impact of the recent restrictions, will be felt for a very long time.
