COVID-19 vaccines: What are your rights?

Addressing the country during the latest family meeting last night, President Cyril Ramaphosa

said no one will be forced to take the COVID-19 vaccine, nor will the vaccine be administered in secret.

Reality is though, your colleague or boss may not be happy, to know that you have not been vaccinated.

Aslam Patel, an associate and attorney at Adams and Adams, who joined us via Skype says

the courts will have a battle on their hands in dealing with these kind of scenarios.
