“We accept his apology”
Tshegofatso Pule’s uncle, Tumisang Katake, says all they want is justice.
Pule's lifeless body was found hanging from a tree in Roodepoort in June last year. She was pregnant at the time.
On Friday the Soweto man, accused of murdering the 28-year old, agreed to a plea and sentence deal with the state.
Muzikayise Malephane, also apologised to Pule's family for taking her life.
The family says while it’s been very difficult to come to terms with her murder, they’ve accepted Malephane’s apology.
