Caster takes her fight to European Court

Caster Semenya is taking her fight against World Athletics to the European Court of Human Rights.

This comes after failed appeals in the Court of Arbitration for Sport, as well as the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.

Semenya’s lawyer, Patrick Brasher says they are hoping that this time around the dice fall in her favour.
