Jerusalema trademark claims explained
It’s the song that got many of us grooving and forgetting our worries during the pandemic.
Master KG and Nomcebo’s Jerusalema, still has folks following the choreography and participating in the dance challenge.
But these days it could cost you a penny to use the song. Companies are now being hit by bills to pay for licensing fees,
for the use of the song without permission. Stephen Hollis, a trademark attorney at Adams and Adams
says this does not affect individuals but companies that want to make use of the song.
