Tshwane water woes worsen

More than three-hundred-thousand residents east of Pretoria have been without water for two weeks. Last week, a major pipeline carrying water from the Wilge Dam was damaged in the floods. Residents are fuming at the Tshwane municipality’s delayed response to the disaster. Riante Naidoo visited some of the hardest hit areas.
