Africa4Palestine wins battle against Chief Justice

Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has been ordered to apologise for his pro-Israel remarks.

Last year, Mogoeng was criticised by many for publicly supporting Israel. The human rights organisation, Africa for Palestine,

laid a complaint against Mogoeng.The Judicial Conduct Committee has now issued a ruling that the Chief Justice broke five articles of its code of

conduct. Mogoeng was ordered to retract his statements and apologise.
