Mental health during a pandemic
The mental health impact of a ‘grueling’ year under lockdown will continue to be felt, long after it's all over.
That's according to clinical psychologist, Charity Mkone. Thousands of people have lost loved ones,
colleagues and friends, all while living in fear that they could be next.
Compound that with being isolated from the people we love as well as the loss of income.
Mkone warned that it will be a long while before things get better.
