HRW: 'Police should stop the use of rubber bullets'
Human Rights Watch has called for a ban on the use of rubber bullets by police.
The call comes after the death of Mthokozisi Ntumba, an innocent bystander who was allegedly shot,
as police fired rubber bullets at protesting Wits students. Dewa Mavhinga, the director of Human Rights Watch in Southern Africa says there
seems to be a recklessness with firearms when using rubber bullets.
