Eastern Cape principal granted bail

A primary school principal who allegedly forced an 11-year-old pupil into a pit toilet to retrieve his cellphone, has been granted bail.

The principal (49) appeared in the Tsholo Magistrates Court on Wednesday on a charge of child abuse.
