How is Cape Town helping the homeless?

This is according to the City’s Safety and Security Mayco Member, JP Smith.

He joined us on Friday following our in-depth coverage on homelessness this week.

Smith says the situation is worsening due to the large number of parolees, a spike in people moving to Cape Town and a large number of foreign nationals.
