Bushiris try new approach

Self-proclaimed prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s legal team are looking to cross-examine South African witnesses in Malawi.

They claim witness statements which were included in extradition documents from South Africa were not certified.

Prosecutors in Malawi have opposed an application to this effect.
