Free State ANC up for grabs?

Is control of the Free State ANC free for the taking? Well, one political analyst reckons so.

On Wednesday the Supreme Court of Appeal ruled that the outcomes of the 2018 provincial elective conference, were unlawful and unconstitutional.

Former Free State Economic Development MEC, Mxolisi Dukwana, says this essentially means the party’s provincial executive doesn’t exist right now.
