Bridging the technology gender divide

Today is International Girls in ICT Day and usually the day is used to create awareness, about bridging the technology gender divide.

But it’s also an opportunity to launch programmes, which encourage more young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and

mathematics. In Johannesburg, Forge Academy and LG have joined forces, to teach a group of high schoolers next generation computing for code.
