A granny's dilemma

Very often we see situations where elderly women, in our rural areas, are left to care for their grandchildren.

That’s mainly because the mothers and fathers of the children leave to find jobs in the big cities.

But sometimes they leave with the Sassa card leaving the grandparents without child support money.

Our reporter Mbasa Khwaza brings us the story of a pensioner who finds herself in this precarious situation.
