Booth hit ordered from Pollsmoor

It's an open secret that our prisons are fraught with contraband and cellphones.

In fresh allegations the correctional services department is looking into allegations that an attempted hit on prominent Cape Town defence attorney,

William Booth, was ordered from prison. The allegations surfaced after a plea deal reached between the state and a three gang members who carried

out the botched assassination attempt. Kauthar Brown, Ebrahim Deare and Riyaad Gasant entered a plea deal with the state last week.
