Modack charged with AGU top cop's murder

Nafiz Modack has officially been charged with the murder of anti-gang unit detective Charl Kinnear.

He's the third person now charged with the top cop's assassination.

The latest development is a step closer in the state's case,

that the alleged underworld crime boss was the mastermind behind the hit.
