Former President Jacob Zuma’s had a good political strategy but his argument of political persecution won’t fare well.
That’s the view of Constitutional law professor Pierre De Vos.
After a cat and mouse game for 17 years Zuma’s corruption trial finally got underway this month.
He has pleaded not guilty to fraud, corruption, racketeering and money laundering charges.
De Vos says once the trial starts there’ll be very little room for further delays.
