Court victory for Msunduzi residents

The high court in Pietermaritzburg has ordered that the Msunduzi Local Municipality had breached the Constitution as well as environmental and international laws.

There's been several fires at the Msunduzi New England landfill site over the years.

The SA Human Rights Commission brought the court application so the municipality could be held accountable,
for mismanaging the site.
