Health experts call for more vaccine types

Health experts are calling on the South African government to access as many different types of vaccines as it possibly can.

So far only the Pfizer vaccine has been used during phase two of our rollout, and the Johnson and Johnson vaccines were given to healthcare workers as part of the Sisonke vaccine trial. The J&J jabs will also be rolled out this week for teachers and people working at schools.
