Is Mkhwebane fit to hold office?

It’s yet another major legal loss for embattled Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane.

Today, the Constitutional Court dismissed her appeal,

in her legal battle with President Cyril Ramaphosa, over funding for his CR-17 ANC campaign.

After today's developments, Ramaphosa should now move to suspend Mkhwebane.

That's the view of Accountability Now Director, Paul Hoffman, who spoke to etv news and sport on Thursday.
