Western Cape starts vaccinating over 50s

Only 38% of over 60 year old’s have been vaccinated in the Western Cape so far.

Today, people over the age of 50, who have registered to receive the vaccine will start getting their jabs.

The province hopes to vaccinate about 120 000 people a week.
