The news that restaurants may only provide take-away meals under level four restrictions dealt a huge blow to the industry. Especially those that thrive mainly on sit-down orders.

But restaurants are finding innovative ways to survive. One branch of a popular seafood chain in uMhlanga is doing just that. It’s using the roadhouse concept to save the livelihoods of their staff.
