Ready, willing but still waiting
Last week we brought you the story of almost 300 qualified doctors who were sitting at home.
They were waiting for the National Health Department to place them at hospitals to serve their mandatory two-year internships.
Since then, some have been placed.
But almost 200 newly graduated doctors still need internship spots and these include doctors who studied in Cuba.
Many have been unemployed since March and if the department fails to find them jobs soon they could face legal action.
