Five dead in alleged arson attack in E Cape village

Eastern Cape police are investigating a case of arson after a woman and her four children burnt to death in KwaTshapile village near Ngcobo. 

It's alleged that their flat caught fire and burnt to death when they were unable to escape the flames.
